Biography

Victor was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico. His family staid in New Mexico, ignoring Executive Order 13578 , which ordered the family to move to the Metro Areas. Victor’s parent’s had a successful scrap business that supported the Campos family in the Non-Assisted Area. Through his life, Victor participated in an amateur baseball leagues in the Non-Assisted Area. When Victor was 19, he was noticed by a scout for the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team.


Victor was signed by the Dodgers. When he moved to the Los Angeles Metro Area , he was given a GIS scan, as required by law, which came back as negative for the Different marker. Victor joined the Dodgers farm system and worked his way quickly to the major leagues. At the age of 20, Victor debuted as the centerfielder for the Dodgers. Victor was an instant success winning Rookie of the year in 2006, and following that up with Most Valuable player awards in 2007,2008, 2009. The Dodgers won the World Series in 2007, and 2009. In 2010, The Los Angeles Dodgers played the New York Yankees for the championship and the series went to game 7. At a pivotal moment in that game, Victor made a throw that was impossible for any normal human being. Victor was outed as a Different who had concealed his identity through unknown means. Victor was thrown out of baseball and arrested. He was convicted of violating the Different Acts of 1986. He served a year in prison. Upon his release, Victor accepted a position working for the Office of Exceptional Cases.
